This week Evie magazine released an Anti-Smut summer reading list, saying:

Too many popular summer reads blur the lines between escapism and erotica, offering stories that may be entertaining but leave readers feeling empty—or worse, compromised. If you’re a woman who values substance over scandal, beauty over explicitness, and strong characters over steamy clichés, you’re not alone.

This is a magazine that has also written that the smut genre is anti-woman in addition to their many articles about how to properly serve your husband. GAG ME WITH A FORK.

Anywho, I don’t think any of my books will ever make any of their lists, but I am going to keep sending them copies of Everyone is Lying to You anyway because it feels increasingly necessary. And in response to their anti-smut reading list I would like to give you a very smutty summer reading list. I have not read all of these. These are books that all of you recommended! And frankly they all sound fucking great. So book mark this one when you want some spice on the sidelines of your kids boring soccer game.

Get your copies of Everyone in Lying to You today everyone! You get this substack for free for a year when you do!!! A truly excellent deal for about $15 plus a book.

This is a list of purchasing options, but it is also available at a lot of indie bookstores and you can get signed copies mailed to you here and here. Tour stops are here!
