Escape from the Christian Patriarchy
One woman's journey from stay-at-home daughter to independence....
Remember when I told y’all I wanted us to get to more than 2k reviews of The Sicilian Inheritance on Amazon by July 4th!
Well we did it! We are currently at 2.2k and rising! And our goal for sales for July 4th (three months after pub) was 40k. And now we are at 45k! This is all because of you. I appreciate our community so much. I adore each and every one of you.
Because I love you so much I am doing a giveaway of my friend Emily Amick’s new incredible book Democracy in Retrograde (we all need this primer on how to get over our current state of hopelessness when it comes to politics). I’ll choose from our Sicilian goals comments.

Homeschooled and isolated, Cait was required to serve the men in her household as preparation for her future roles as a wife and mother. “You are told your life's purpose is to be a wife and mother. And that means you don't need college or a job or your own finances,” she explained.
