Plus the best book I've read this year and one great thing I'm doing for my mental health

In honor of my current TV watch and the state of the world I went to the salon this week and asked for Leslie’s Bibb’s “cunty little bob,” and I’m a big fan of how it turned out.

I actually think we could have gone shorter and cuntier but this was a nice start.

I should have brought this Instagram reel of hair god Chris McMillan, the long ago creator of the Rachel, to the salon to show what I meant by cunty bob. I’m not entirely sure that I explained it correctly but I love any excuse to use the C-word.

I’ve been compiling all of the questions and comments you all sent me on my semaglutide post (I also corrected the spelling of semaglutide, who knew? at least eight people who emailed me that I got it wrong). And I’m doing a part two with before and after photos (lots of requests for that) and answers to all the things like what did I eat in a day when I was on it and what do I eat now? Did I lose all my energy? Did my regular doctor prescribe and how much did it cost? All in all I have about 20 new things to answer and I am psyched to do it. I know how much misinformation is out there and how few people will actually answer these questions.

So in addition to watching White Lotus, which I have to tell you I was starting to get bored with until last week (I need to catch up on Sunday’s episode tonight), I also read my top read of the year so far. I fucking loved this book and stayed up all night reading it.
